Can I start if I do not have a tech pack yet?
Yes. Many projects do not begin with a complete tech pack. You can start with sketches, reference photos, AI-generated concepts, a sample garment, or a clear idea of the product you want to build. We can help identify what is missing before sampling begins.
Do you offer design consultation and product development support?
Yes. Depending on the project, we support concept evaluation, buildability review, technical clarification, and product structuring before manufacturing. This is especially useful for projects that are still in development rather than already production-ready.
Can you work from reference photos, AI visuals, or a sample garment?
In many cases, yes. These can be used as a starting point for analysis, product direction, wash reference, fit discussion, and technical preparation. Additional details may still need to be confirmed before a final sample is made.
Do you source fabric and trims, or do I need to provide them?
Clients can provide their own materials if needed, but we can also source denim fabrics, trims, labels, hardware, patches, and packaging components based on the product goals, quality level, and target budget.
Can you support pattern making, sizing, and grading?
Yes. Depending on the stage of the project, we can help with pattern adjustment, fit direction, sizing refinement, and grading preparation as part of the product development process.
What is the difference between your OEM and ODM service?
OEM is usually the better fit when you already have a defined product package or technical specifications and mainly need sampling and manufacturing execution. ODM or development-led support is more suitable when the concept still needs to be structured before it can be sampled and produced.
Can you do private label or white label denim?
Yes. We support private label projects with labels, tags, care labels, patches, and packaging components. White label options can also be discussed depending on the structure and goals of the project.
Can approved samples move directly into production later?
Yes. Once the sample, materials, and technical package are approved, that information can be used as the basis for later production, repeat orders, and scale-up execution without restarting the development process from zero.
